The Fuel Cache is a buildable structure used to both increase the defense of the point it is build upon by stopping enemy infantry from capping the point without destroying the cache, whilst also increasing the amount of Fuel the player gains from the point it is built on. The Fuel increase applies to all allied players in the match.
